Are your products really handmade?
Yes—every HR saddle and tack item is handcrafted from high-quality leather by skilled makers who ride daily. No mass production. Only true craftsmanship.
Do you test the tack you sell?
Absolutely. My family and I personally ride in the same tack we offer. If we wouldn’t use it on our own horses for everyday work or rodeo events, we don’t sell it.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes. Custom HR Saddles and select tack items can be made to order. Most custom pieces ship within 1–4 weeks, depending on the item and tooling.
Are items in stock or made to order?
Items marked “Ready to Ship (RTS)” are in stock and ship in 1–2 business days.
Items not currently in stock are typically made to order and ship within 1–4 weeks.
How much is shipping?
Most items include free shipping. Larger items or specialty tack may use flat-rate shipping. Shipping details are listed on each product page.
How long does shipping take?
RTS items ship in 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days.
Made-to-order items ship once completed.
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere within the United States. For international shipping, message us and we’ll see what options are available.
What is your return policy?
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Custom orders and used tack are non-returnable.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Afterpay (if enabled), and more. Many saddles qualify for Shop Pay Installments for flexible monthly payments.
Why do you only sell HR brand saddles and tack?
Because HR quality is unmatched. The builder rides every day, understands saddle fit, and creates tack that works for both horse and rider. We only sell rider-tested, USA-made, premium-quality tack we trust.

We are based in Kentucky, but operate online and ship nationwide.

Our tack is made from premium, USA-sourced leather selected for durability, strength, and long-term performance. HR uses high-quality hides that oil beautifully, break in easily, and withstand daily riding. Hardware is stainless steel or solid brass to prevent rust and ensure longevity.
Is your tooling really hand tooled?
Yes—every design is 100% hand-tooled by skilled craftsmen. Floral, basket weave, geometric—each pattern is carved, stamped, and finished by hand. No automated presses. Every piece is truly one-of-a-kind.
